I decided to make some fajitas tonight, the night that Jesus had the Last Supper with the 12 Apostles on Holy Thursday. I am not sure what Jesus ate for dinner other than bread and wine, but I doubt he had fajitas. Anywho, the color of the chicken, peppers, and red onion cooking seemed photo worthy. Mar 20, 2008

Roasted Garlic
Four heads of garlic with the tops sliced off so every clove is slightly exposed. Drizzled some olive oil on top and baked at 350 F for 30-40 minutes. Like butter.
