Dinner

Because I had defrosted chicken, fresh veggies, and a whole lot of hunger...I decided to chef up something good tonight (even though I am still suffering from the elation of last night's victory at Shea). I managed to steal some fresh rosemary off someone's stoop today while walking home. I stuffed the chicken with rosemary and garlic, then sauteed it in butter. Then I put it in the oven and baked the chicken with tomato and mozzarella on top.
